By accessing or using windrose-serverlist.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account or submit a server listing. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
You may not create accounts using automated means, impersonate another person, or create an account for a purpose we have not authorised.
By submitting a server listing, you represent that you have the authority to list that server and that all information provided is accurate and not misleading. You agree not to submit listings that:
Are for servers you do not own or operate • Contain false, fraudulent, or misleading information • Promote illegal activity, harassment, hate speech, or content harmful to minors • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party • Are submitted in an automated or bulk fashion without our written consent
We review all submissions before they appear publicly. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any listing at our sole discretion, without notice or liability.
The voting system is intended to reflect genuine player interest in a server. Attempting to manipulate vote counts through automated tools, bots, proxy networks, coordinated vote-farming, or any other dishonest means is strictly prohibited and will result in the removal of your listing and account.
You agree not to use the Site to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure; scrape, crawl, or harvest data without our express written permission; interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or servers; transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code; or engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.
The design, code, and original content of this Site are owned by Windrose Server List. You retain ownership of any content you submit (server descriptions, etc.), but by submitting it you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content as part of operating the directory.
Windrose Server List is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to the Windrose game or its developers. All game trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any server listings submitted by third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Windrose Server List and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and remove your listings at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability — including, without limitation, if we believe you have violated these terms.
